They were decent. Our orders were correct. Hubby said the Strawberry wasn't as strong in his shake as our regular Braums, but that's all dependent on the worker.

Very good this time. But an Average of 4 stars now to make up for the poor quality last time we went. The "bag of burgers" is horrible. Avoid the bag of burgers: thin, overcooked, extremely dry bland patties.

I would give 5 stars, but this Braums sometimes has an issue in the mornings when a manager calls for an employee to check out customers over in the grocery side. Myself and another patron of the store where standing there after we'd ask for some help politely. I had to ask and finally the manager left from cooking to come check us out. We both heard her call for an employee to come help and I'm not sure what happened. But thr manager at that time did apologize and checked us out. I'll give her 5 Stars for stepping up during breakfast. None of the other employees even said hello or acknowledged me except for the manager that was on duty at that's time. I think it was unprofessional for whoever the employee was to ignore her. So, 5 stars for the manager,....nit for the other employees not stepping up to help their manager who was cooking. She definitely was the star for that moment. So, again thank you for helping and sorry your employees didn't help you when it was busy.
