We were so glad when Chuck opened here as we had been enjoying the Burbank location for a long time. The food is pretty good – not great – but pretty good. I usually get ribs or pulled pork. My wife likes the burgers. The place, itself, is okay though it can be noisy. The service is “hit or miss”. We’ve had good servers and some pretty bad. The local management is the problem at this location. Unaccommodating and just plain rude. Service problems at this location may just be lack of training by poor local management. Even though we live only a couple miles away, we have again begun frequenting the Burbank location which is five stars.
We had rib tips and Chucks Chicken sandwiches. The food was great. I had coleslaw as one of my sides and OMG some of the best coleslaw I've had. If we're in the area again we will visit again.
Great place to dine for lunch or dinner. Especially recommend the chicken wings. Best I've had in a long while. Great selection of other entries as well. Plenty of room if you desire a small get together or even a large party. Try them out. You won't be disappointed.
