Meat quality is average to be priced so high.. Heavily understaffed to handle a handful of customers.. so expect the slowest service with having to repeat yourself the same requests multiple times. I don't want to be a Karen but experience was really bad. So many other places with better quality & service for the same price

The cold noodle was not done and tasted weird. Made a comment about to one of the waitresses. Never offered any replacement nor they talked bad about us behind our back. Disappointed

Two stars for food. Zero for the customer service. The food here is not so special if you have tried Korean food in South Korea, LA or New York. But there are not many Korean restaurants that serve BBQ at this level which makes it this place unique for now but I wonder how that will change once younger generation chefs start Korean restaurants in Chicago. Servers are bad.. they won't talk to you nicely, will look tired all the time, will avoid to communicate in English, throw dishes to the table, and expect for better tips. They just act comfortably to the level where many others will feel disrespected and maybe even upset. This makes me wonder how the owner treats the servers. I assume that would be the reason of all this. If you want better experience go with any Korean older adults that you know. If the KOREAN adult knows the staffs in the restaurant or if you look like you will tip well, you will most likely treated well. (But not guaranteed. It's really up to the server's mood at
