I'm rating a 4 because the inside of the place isn't the way it used to be back in the mid to late 80's there's part of the wall coming apart in the gaming area and the old train set they have on display or used to have on display is in total ruin. No repairs to revitalize or anything. Just a bummer to see that place like that, but other than that the food was great as always and the employees were great.
This used to be a cool place. Now it is rundown, bathrooms filthy and lots of graffiti. Trains aren't working. Windows are filthy and lots of trash outside. Order was made wrong. Several future wards of the state hanging around in the dining area. Lots of deferred maintenance. Corporate needs to make a visit.
