Chop House Gyro Plano

This place has some of my favorite falafel, I love to go here, but I just ordered a meal and 4 extra falafel (5.50 for 4) I received a box of the smallest falafel I’ve ever gotten and they were smashed and looked like pieces were missing from them. This isn’t the quality I generally expect out of this store. I tried to call them but the phone goes straight to voicemail which apparently isn’t set up. So It just disconnected me. If the owners read this, please don’t let the quality of your food go down. I really love it this restaurant but that order was unacceptable. Edit: I talked to Yonus today and he explained the situation and replaced my food. I changed my review back to 5 star because they have awesome food and now I know they have amazing customer service. Combo plate is a good value! I got two meals out of it. Could be a good cheap date idea. I went with medium and it was enough spice to make your nose run but not your eyes water. Do yourself a favor and get an extra side of the signature white sauce!

I order pickup for dinner . The food is ready by the time I reached the place. I had chicken over rice and my wife had lamb over rice. I loved chicken over rice . It is better than ones from other places . My wife liked her lamb over rice. She didn’t like the way lamb was cut into rectangular pieces. Overall good experience at the pick up. Would go again
