Chipotle Mexican Grill

This has to be the worst chain establishment that I have ever been to! I placed an online order for pick-up. Went to pick up my food at the assigned time (actually 10 minutes after), and sent my son in. He was told they didn't have my order. I sent him images of my receipt. He went back in and showed them. They told him they didn't have the order. I went in and showed them that it was the correct store and my order had already been paid for. The woman working at the counter said, in a very abrupt tone, that she already told my son they didn't have my order, that there was nothing she could do about it, and I was to call Chipotle myself! A little shocked, I began to walk out. A customer behind we couldn't believe how the woman had spoken to me, and that she didn't even offer to make my order. I decided to go back in to speak with the woman. I told her I was shocked at her tone, and that I couldn't believe it was Chipotle's business model to turn a customer who had already paid away. She

Worst chipotle their is. I have literally gone to chipotle 4-5 days a week for 3 years. Seriously..it’s my favorite. Today, for the first time they told me I CANNOT have 2 vinaigrette’s. When I asked why they said because it’s one per bowl. I stated I would pay extra and they said “nope, this is the way it is”. When I then asked to speak to a manager to explain that I would pay whatever it takes, they refused my request and told me to leave. These people do not know the meaning of customer service and definitely need a lot of training. I will never go to this Chipotle again and neither should anyone else!

Like another user wrote, this Chipotle has gone downhill so much. I used to come here years ago and it was fine. Now, the workers are so incredibly rude. It’s insane. Work somewhere else if you don’t like it there! On top of that, when you order a pick up order, prepare to wait there for 30 mins. It takes forever. I waited in there for 20 mins and my food was in the back, it was ready. No one brought it up to the front. No they weren’t busy. It’s an absolute joke. This location specifically is terrible.
