McDonald's

I pulled into the drive-thru at 7:21. Did not get waited on until 7:32. Every time I go to that McDonald's I'm late for work no matter what time I go. If I go early they tell me their grills aren't on. If I go late they take care of one person at a time fulfill their order. Wait till they leave and then take another order. It's awful.

Came here it was really busy, line was to the street. When I did finally get to the ordering microphone, they were giving a huge attitude when I was ordering, and put things on the list that I did not order. When I told them that isn’t what I was ordering, they were even more rude to me. From the ordering mic to the window to pay was an even longer wait. I finally got to the window and they didn’t once greet me or even apologize for the wait (which in the food industry I get it, it’s busy sometimes, but you’re supposed to make sure the customers don’t leave unhappy. I worked at McDonald’s I KNOW THIS). Ended up waiting about 20 minutes at the window, never even got to pay yet, no communication from the people working, so I decided to just leave and get food from somewhere that actually lives up to being “fast” food. Total wait time was about 45 minutes and I never even got to pay for my food. Never had such a horrid experience there until today.

*update- Came back for another try, have currently been sitting in the drive thru line for ~15 minutes and have yet to order but can't move due to cars in front of and behind me. Ordered on the mobile app when we're were about 20 minutes away from the store. Followed all the directions for ordering and payment, order confirmed. When we got to the store drive through wasn't a pickup option so I chose curbside. Pulled up, put in my # and waited. And waited. And waited. It took a little more than 15 minutes for our order to come out. Just before it came out I called the store 3 times with no answer. Our food was cold. The fries had golden brown flakes of some sort all over them and almost no salt. My burger bun was hard and stale. I ordered a Dr Pepper but was given a coke with no straw. It was overall just an unpleasant experience.
