Chipotle Mexican Grill

Well the new Garlic Guajillo Steak $19.99 bowl that has been all over the commercials is not available at the Wauwatosa location and they act like they don't even know what it is. It's bad enough the price is so high. I assumed because of the newly formed union, or is that Qdoba. Which is where I ended up going afterwards. And I'm mad, cause I'm fat.

If it were possible I would give this location a “Zero Star” rating. The food line was a complete mess with dishes covering the counter. The staff did not even acknowledge the fact that people were in line. Other customers exited the restaurant with us following soon after. There was no attempt to take down orders; absolutely some of the worst service I’ve ever had. One employee was just restocking chip bags and the other was just sipping on a soda. Really? Disrespectful.

This is not our usual location, but I have ordered here before. Like others have stated, it used to be good. First, I didn’t have everything included in my order. As I told someone, they pawed through my bag looking for what was missing, then took my phone to show the online order workers what was missing rather than using her words. As I was waiting to receive my items, I noticed someone being served brown guacamole. Finally, at home, I noticed that m bowl had oxidized lettuce, and the carne asada was as dry and tough as shoe leather. Do not recommend for anyone to go here unless you like bad food.
