Online order: super fast, perfect order and we always have specifics due to dietary needs. Staff was super nice as well. Kind of nice, most places are a bit "rough" around the edges with service lately. There's one closer to my house but we go to this one.
Placed an online order on Sept 3…when we arrived at the restaurant the power was out at Chipotle and surrounding stores. We still got charged for the order and were informed that they weren’t doing reimbursements.
Managers and employees on phones while there’s a line. IMO even if it’s not your job learn to step up when there’s customers waiting. Snarky comments under your breath can still be heard. Employees with headphones in while serving the line and having to repeat myself multiple times. Some staff however make up for it with being friendly and attentive. They keep this place moving. Manager needs to be replaced.
