My order was completely wrong. Since I am at work I could not get this issue resolved and you cannot actually talk to someone at the store. So I’m out $16 and cannot eat lunch today due to food allergies. This Chipotle used to be one of the better ones but it’s going downhill fast.
I’m a doordasher. HORRIBLE customer service. They don’t even acknowledge you and we’re standing here right next to the rack where the food SHOULD be. Yet they keep the foot hostage in the back. They pile up and when we come in, they say nothing. It’s not until they open the door and you see the amount of orders bunched together back there. I don’t know who taught these kids about service but corporate needs to make an anonymous visit ASAP!!
Pigs work here. You have to be very hungry to order food here. That was my situation, unfortunately. We need the FDA here. In addition, they put small portions, which means they are probably stealing.
