Chipotle Mexican Grill

This used to be my favorite location- while visiting we stopped by for some of our Chipotle favorites. We were very disappointed in the service. The food. The quality. The cleanliness. This location is lacking in all aspects. We weren't greeted and the tortilla person kept complaining about his back. He served us insanely small portions in meat and beans. Probably because instead of making more they just felt it better to jip you. The entire station was a mess, food everywhere, the fajitas were way past their holding I'm sure. There was no salt in the rice or guac. They were out of chips. The bathrooms were disgusting. They already had the dining chairs up by 930pm. I didn't see one women in this place. Probably why it's so filthy. Unkept. Disorganized and lacking.

If I could’ve given this establishment zero stars I would have !!!!!!! Horrible customer service!! small servings!!! Incorrect order but was told by manager it was my fault!! If you go in and you have more than one item that you need to order do not allow the workers to rush you through your order and place all items on the table before finishing each item with all extra ingredients cheese beans sour cream ext. I had five items three double wrapped burritos and two burrito bowls and two of my burrito bowls were made incorrectly when I called the store to address my problem with a manager I was shocked to hear the Store Manager by the name of Maria blaming me for not ordering my food correctly actually no I did order my food correctly you and your workers just chose not to hear what needed to go on what item because everything was out on the table all at once do not bother going to this establishment and wasting your time energy and money because they do not care and also by the wa

Good Chipotle! It's kinda hit or miss at times. Sometimes you'll get a killer burrito, other times parts of your order will be wrong or missing all together. So now I check the bag before even leaving because I've made so many trips back to this place. Probably the only Chipotle that I've been to that also put nearly half an avocado with the peel on it, and a huge onion piece in a burrito. Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options, and they try to stay good on not putting meat in accidentally for mobile orders!
