Culver's

My wife and I stopped in for a butter burger, was disappointing at best. The burgers were so thin, don't know how they could call it a butter burger, and definitely not the same as we had seen in any of the commercials. We could have gotten something elsewhere for a better price, the price was not our first consideration, the burger was. I guess at least the fries were hot. Did the survey and gave it away as unless something changes, we will not go back. I cannot recommend Culver's to anyone.

Food was excellent, ordered a cheeseburger and fries which I had been craving. Everything was fresh and hot. The gal who took my order did ok, didn't make any suggestions or ask if I wanted anything else. The biggest issue is that I used the restroom and there were several ants in the bathroom. All in all, it was a good meal, and I would recommend for a quick lunch. Parking: Plenty of parking, including wheelchair accessible

Miserable experience. Order was entered incorrectly and when I brought it to someone’s attention the solution was to scrutinize my receipt versus fixing the problem. Once it was agreed to fix the problem — the person just brought my granddaughters bun-less cheeseburger back with a cold slice of cheese slapped on top. Had to summon a manager to fix the problem. Took WAY longer than it should have and entertaining my 2-yr old granddaughter while this all took place resulted in me eating cold food. Disappointing.
