Chipotle is a beloved Mexican restaurant chain that we frequent once a week. Our go-to order is the Chicken Bowl, which can be customized with a variety of delicious toppings like tomatoes, sauces, corn, and queso. When we order a bowl, we often add Chips & Guacamole to the order. Our experience with the guacamole has been consistently positive and we typically receive a fresh batch to enjoy with the chips. The Chicken Bowl is our favorite and it's big enough for two people to share for a satisfying lunch or dinner. One of our favorite food options while on road trips is Chipotle. The service there is usually quite good, and we love the fresh ingredients we can get in our food bowls. Awful, awful, awful. Oh! did I say awful. Service, mediocre. Staff, lazy. Food, slightly below room temperature. $40 down the drain! EVERY table was dirty. I asked the cashier to wipe down the tables (or have someone do it) bc there weren't any clean ones to eat at. He acknowledged my request but never followed through. I sat there watching a few staff members laughing and making cookie runs, to the Insomnia next door. One of the workers (the girl with the braids) reminded the cashier (pictured) that he was supposed to wipe down the tables and they shared a laugh about. She actually fell down onto the floor, laughing hysterically. Can one be more unprofessional?! Looks like the proprietor of this establishment is paying staff to "ride the clock" and horseplay. Whoever the manager was at 7:14 (the time I'm sitting in this place, writing this review) needs training or a different job. Same goes for those two workers. Definitely in embarrassing representation of the brand. Should've gone
