Chipotle Mexican Grill

One of the worst chipotle’s I have ever been too. Poorly managed, always out of food items. Last time I was there august 1st 6 employees in back and one person on line???? Why when I asked the manger said that they were prepping. As a restaurant owner this would never be accepted in my environment. Prepping????? 6 people???? When I employee is working not only cash but making the food bowls and Burritos, what kind of poor, loser management doesn’t help when there is a line near door. Waited in line for 30 mins with 5 people i front of me, I feel bad for the 10 people behind us. Like I said poorly managed.

Well.... I hope I don't get sick eating this. I ordered a salad and all the lettuce was pink. I asked for fresh salad the kid told me they didn't have fresh salad. So I got the shredded lettuce. Still pink. I've picked out all the pink pieces. Smdh. Funny I waited 4 months to come back to this location thinking and hoping it got better. Definitely will NOT be wasting my money here anymore. Just horrible.

This location is the worst. Their stove is always broke so they cannot cook any protein. The employees are always on their phones. Careful ordering for delivery, food will be missing or made incorrectly. My last time ordering for delivery, my whole order was wrong. Must have been someone else’s order. When I called the manager, they could not redeliver my original order and would only give me half of my money back. I through everything away because it was not my order…
