Reviews for BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Ordered a BBQ Loaded Burger and it had only a dot of BBQ sauce on it. Had to ask for more and I ordered the burger Medium done and it came out Rare. Was afraid to send it back so ate the outside only. It was my first time there and will be my last.
Ordered delivery. Got a salad and nachos. They forgot my dressing and every single side for the nachos. Are you joking?? I paid hella for the delivery and this overpriced food, only to be scammed. The salad is obviously uneatable at this point because it was an asian salad and i dont have asian dressing at home. The nachos are fine but there’s almost no cheese and it was supposed to come with a side of sour cream. SO unhappy with my purchase. Surprised at all the good reviews because it’s obvious they can’t pay attention. Bye
It was so loud at 3 pm with 4 tables in the restaurant. I couldn’t carry a conversation with the person across the table. They chips were very greasy, and the spinach artichoke dip was over broiled so the bottoms and sides were burnt. Waitress was very nice and took care of us. I won’t be going back over the music. I couldn’t even think in there.
