Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle location is just bad! Every time I order from here, there is an issue. They always seem slow. The condiments,&juice are is never stocked, always a disaster and looks dirty. This is the 3rd time I’ve been given brown guac. This was a pick up order so I wish I would’ve seen but the last time I ordered in person and asked if she could give me newer guac and she told me no. The last time I was there, the workers were rude - I went to grab a fork, the fork container was filled with juice so I brought her over the container very politely to tell her and she snapped at me to not come past the line by the check out counter. I only come to this location because it is by my work and hope that the next time will be better but this may be my last time.

This Chipotle is amazing compared to the one by Joliet mall. They always have all the ingredients and they are fast AND clean. The workers are also very friendly.
