Chili's Grill & Bar

Was here this past Sunday. We have not been to this chili’s in a while due to multiple bad experiences with both the food and the staff. Sam was our waitress and also bartending. She did such a phenomenal job of keeping up with the bar and the tables she had and was always so kind and bubbly when interacting with us and everyone else. So thankful we got to have her as our waitress!! Will definitely be coming back just for her she really is just the sweetest! Definitely has changed our perspective on this location. The food has also gotten noticeably better which is also a plus. Thank you Sam for such a wonderful experience!!!

I was told I have to scan a qr code to get a food menu to even order. This is quiet possibly the worst decision I've ever heard of. They are busy and it took us 45 minutes to get our food.. which I understand being short staffed, however after that 44 minute wait I was given a completely burnt burger. So now I have to wait even longer, but I don't mind waiting for food. Having said all that, the food is good and the atmosphere is friendly. Things happen and people make mistakes. The food was good and the staff was friendly. Mistakes happen and I enjoyed myself.

Albany I believe was our waitress she was nice. Food turned out to be good. Just that my steak was not cooked as I requested. I told her about it and she took it back problem solved. We kept having problems with the drinks. Don't know if the pop machine was out of syrup, our cokes were flat the kids sprite tasted like carbonated water. The hostess needs to be trained better. There are multiple tables open and ready for customers. He said it will a 5 to 10 minute wait. I was looking at the restaurant and saw at least 10 tables open. The hostess then went to clean a booth sprayed it and then came back. Ok follow me sat us at the front in a table. So what was the point of having us wait 5 to 10 minutes for a table that you weren't going to seat guests.
