Chipotle Mexican Grill

Every week I get my burrito at San Carlos location and they are very friendly and always get what I like last week I visited your Stanford and really got very frustrated with them to the point I preferred to live my food and did not eat I do not like to much starch and always get more vegetables and no beans and no rise. They were counting every little pice they put on my plate and I decided to ask for more and make me feel so bad and the answered was they can not. I will not return to that place any more now I am at San Carlos location and did not have any problem the are always so friendly

One word, HORRIBLE!!! Whoever owns this location should be embarrassed. Every time I go into this Stanford Mall location, it is a complete mess. From the service to food quality to the cleanliness. Today, I had 4 people in front of me, and it took 15 mins for me to place my order. The food looked like a tour bus had just gone thru the line. They were not replacing food. Two guys behind the counter are busy goofing off and didn't seem to care food needed to be replaced or everyone was waiting around. I had ordered a burrito bowl, and the salsa was just about empty, so I received the watered-down scraps. The cheese was at the bottom, and I asked if that's all the cheese they had. The woman gave me what little was left and didn't want to get a fresh container. My bowl was ready, but I had to wait to pay because the two women in front of me were waiting on their quesadillas. DISGUSTING LOCATION. Walked in Friday, 6/9 at 6:40pm and ordered 2 bowls. Should’ve left as soon as I saw the messy/ disgusting service line. As soon as we get to the meats, they’re out of chicken and so I order the new Chicken Al Pastor and there was barley a scoop left in the container. I asked if they had more and she said no. I said never mind and left. Ended up driving to another location. This was the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at a chipotle. Where is the manager? They close at 10pm. How are you out of all chicken and why is the service line so dirty? So disappointing.
