Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered the chicken bowl. It is an enormous serving so there's plenty share with another person. It was delicious ????. I also ordered the chips and guacamole. I thought the chips were a bit salt. When I went it wasn't crowded. It didn't take too long to complete my order. The only thing that was odd was that they only took cards or you had to have the exact money.

I was assisted by a young male with dreads or braids (I don’t properly recall), wearing a hat. This provider was rude, insensitive & lacked customer service. As I was trying to tell him the foods I wanted, throughout our whole interaction he continuously spoke to me aggressively & was lazy about doing his duties. I did not make any comments nor remarks to him. But I do hope there are some actions taken forward. I will not be returning.

The incompetence of the workers here is appalling. My simple burrito bowl was completely wrong. Don't order through the app. Visit the restaurant in person, but definitely NOT this location. Never again. I'll just cook at home. … More
