Chipotle Mexican Grill

got charged for a bag of chips i never received, very very very slow service, got charged $30 for 1 chicken bowl by accident waited 10 minutes for a refund for them to send the refund to the wrong card, had to wait an extra 15 minutes for the employee to figure out how to refund me .. terrible sense of urgency, employees barley know what they're doing smh. 0/10 will not be eating here again!!

The cashier tried to overcharge me for my burrito over a miscommunication on the worker’s part. I wasn’t even at the register yet. There was a customer in front of me still paying for their food, I wasn’t even at the register yet and the cashier already yelled out the cost of the food which was 8 dollars more then what I’m normally charged. The cashier won’t even compensate me giving me the food at the normal price I pay (my order is typically around 20 dollars and this visit the cashier tried to bill me for 28 dollars) had the worker remake it for me and I was almost late for work. The Food was fine, the service is the worst I’ve ever seen at any chipotle.

Placed an order at 7:08 pm for pickup at 8:50 pm at the munster indiana location. Arrived at about 8:55 pm and my order wasn't ready. Was told it should be up in a minute, not a huge deal but thought almost a 2 hour window would be enough time to have it ready. Waited a few minutes and another worker asked what the name was for pickup, and she had to get someone to pull the order up because they didn't even have the ticket for it. Ordered a double chicken bowl, saw there was basically no chicken on it, specifically asked if it was made with double chicken and was told yes. I replied that it sure didn't look like there was double on it, with no response from anyone but the other customer that was standing next to me. So I declined the food they just tried to make and got a refund.
