Chipotle Mexican Grill

Don't bother coming to this Chipotle. All of the staff is unprofessional and under trained. I've tried to redeem my free entree with my points 3 times and everytime the cashier resets the transaction so that I have to pay. I would say something but in every other company that uses redeemable points, they always ask if I want to use my points. At this location, they pretend like they don't see my free entree which I earned by being a loyal customer. Other than that, they don't know how to fold burritos and the ingredients do not taste fresh. Really disappointed. Management really needs to step it up.

I'll tell you what I've noticed that everytime a woman makes my burritos they are way way better! My wife and I think it's because women just care more...anyone else notice this?

I used to eat @ chipotle once a month for almost 5 years but their food and service is getting worse, they cant make online orders right and they have meat chunks in their sofritas, they seriously need to think through how to make and service food, today I got a vegetarian burrito for my wife and their were meat chunks and strings (seriously, see the picture) in the burrito, this is is the last straw, this is might be the end of our Chipotle. Chipotle Management - I am tired of free burritos for my complaints make things right, if you want me back.
