Chili's Grill & Bar

Placed an order for pickup. Arrived, no one at counter to help. Waited around, but still no one came out from the back, even though I could easily hear the voices of the staff playing around. It happens. I went back out to the front hostess area, waited some more, no one came to help. I flagged down a passing waitress, she told me 'to go orders are around the corner in the back's as she pointed to the area I just came from. I told her no one came out to help, but I proceeded back to the pickup counter Finally, after several mins, a female staff member showed up. I paid for my order and she went to the back to retrieve my order. I arrived home and the order was wrong, and incomplete. I still left them a tip at the time I paid, but immediately regretted it. This is the first time this has happened to me here, even though I've been coming here for years. Note to manager: check on your protocol, re-train staff, and get this place back up to par, other your place is going to close up

The food was pretty bad, and it was cold. There were like 4 other people there eating, and it seemed like they sent pretty much all of the workers home. I'm assuming that since not much kitchen staff was there that they didn't microwave my food long enough. All things considered, my server was pretty good, and I didn't have complaints there.

Server was great young African American gentleman , very attentive and kind. Food was just ok. Not hot at all...ordered soup and Bacon cheese burger well done meat ( just regular) doesn't feel like a chef is prepping meals for customers, seems quick and ready to go food.
