TERRIBLE customer service! They don't even bother to answer the phone! There was a missing item from my order. Two times, I called and went through all the prompts. Then, waited on the line as it rings. Then, waited even longer after it asks for a code of some sort. Waiting....Nobody picked up and after so long it hangs up. Do I literally have to go back to the store in order to talk to somebody??? Why even have a phone, then? Very frustrating. I paid for an item that I didn't get, and they waisted my time with this silly phone nonsense.
Did you seriously serve this unripened avocado and call it guacamole? The level of laziness is totally unbelievable. $5 for chips and “guacamole” and you slopped this into plastic, obviously knew it wasn’t edible, and left it at that. … More
Amazing chipotle location! Great staff and it’s one of the few locations where you don’t have to fight the employee on extra rice! My go to spot for lunch!
