Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle location amazes me for the fact that they manage to give me the wrong order every time I get food from there! I asked for a salad with light brown rice, pollo asado, pinto beans, mild salsa, medium salsa, hot salsa, light corn, fajitas, and light cheese. I received a bowl with white rice, pollo, some beans, an exaggeration of cheese, and maybe FIVE leaves of lettuce. None of the other toppings! I asked for a SALAD and got anything but one. $15 I'll never see again, since Chipotle's AMAZING AI chatbot just threw a BOGO coupon into my account before ending the support chat. So I guess I get to give Chipotle even more of my money to hope that they don't screw up another order!

This Chipotle needs to find better employees. Customer service is horrible. Not friendly at all and they have very arrogant attitudes. Also, I think it is a ripoff that they charge $4.85 for extra protein, which is not even an extra full spoon of food. Places to eat there are many around, but there are just a few where you feel welcome. This one is definitely not one of them, specially if you feel overcharged and you do not get what you paid for.

After recent management changes like the tall blonde women becoming general manager this chipotles food has gotten worse. The guac is bland and the chips are stale.
