This is one of my favorite subways. The atmosphere is great and all the employees are really nice. Didn’t give the 5 stars because online ordering is never ready on time.
I PLACED AN ORDER FOR PICK UP, WHEN I GOT HOME MY ORDER WAS WRONG. I WENT BACK TO THE STORE AND ASK THE MANAGER MY ORDER WAS WRONG, HE JUST SAID WE CAN'T EXCHANGE IT. TAKE IT OR BUY ANOTHER ONE, HE WAS RUDE , BAD ATTITUDE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING THERE, I WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY NOT TO GO THERE. THIS MANAGER NEEDS TRAINING ON HOW TO WORK WITH CUSTOMER. HE WAS SITTING IN THE BACK PLAYING WITH HIS PHONE AND NOT HELPING OUT HIS STAFF.
Extremely slow. Waiting 20 minutes for her to do 3 to go orders while 3 of us waiting in line watching. This is honestly just ridiculous. They need to have more then 1 person here. Hire more people seriously.
