Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food is generally very tasty. You have to be mindful of being short changed on the amount of protein you choose... sometimes I have to ask them to add more steak, etc. Staff is generally nice. Place is clean. Nice music. Drinks selection is good. Everything is fresh. They do NOT have children's menu unfortunately. They should have a Jr size burrito. No small kid is going to eat a regular sized option. This is my regular go to.

Never order online delivery, it’s impossible to contact or cancel order. Store DOES NOT answer phone at all, just keep redirecting to online use. Then if you finally speak to a Chipotle person and explain you’ve been trying to cancel for an hour they’ll say “just wait for your order” and hang up on you. So unbelievably frustrating and unnecessary. Simply being able to talk to a worker would’ve solved all these issues.

Bad customer service and disparate treatment between customers from young man working tortillas in the front. It was my young son’s first visit and we had hyped it up to him. He was so excited. Cue the guy in the front treating us different based on appearances. Horrible attitude. Horrible customer service. I will not waste another dollar here again.
