American Deli

When I come here I am always satisfied with the food and customer service, but Friday 08/19 I was highly disappointed. Although the food was great the customer service was displeasing. I haven’t been to this location in a while, but the staff working on 08/19 were unprofessional, they had attitudes, and would rather speak amongst each other and make jokes rather than help the customers. I have never experienced unprofessional behavior from this American Deli’s staff before, and after this treatment I’m not sure I want to spend my money here again. I only gave a 3 star rating because I have spoken to the owner personally before, and he is very nice and as stated before the food here is good, the customer service is just not.

I have been disappointed the last few times I got food from here. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tender meal and paid extra for tenders to be tossed in hot sauce and asked for crispy fries. I had to wait for my order to get done when I arrived. The tenders had barely any sauce on them and the fries were completely undone and soggy. Waste of $12.84.......Oh, but I was offered a 15% discount to be used in one week time. That would save me $1.92 next time, no thanks!

I was so hungry & the food was so hot fresh & crispy I did Not make time to snap a before pic. I ordered a Chicken Philly Combo & when I tell you American Deli deserves All 5 stars & more. Not Only was my Food hot fresh & crispy. They included ALL the condiments. They included utensils. Most Importantly they Sealed My Bag. Thank You! Forever a Customer
