Chipotle Mexican Grill

My host Charity made an amazing meal for me as you can see!! I was starving and this was my first meal of the day: chicken bowl with guacamole. The total came out to be $12.09. I dined in and had one of the best experiences at a Chipotle ever!!! Parking: Good parking with mobile order designated parking for pick-ups

Coming here is a hit or miss. I've never online ordered but I always go in and the food remains consistent, but I did come in at around 9 pm earlier in the week and I was really disappointed in how I was treated. It took awhile to be greeted, and once my bowl was made and at the end of the line I went down to the register where two younger employees were blatantly flirting and goofing off with each other and did not acknowledge me - I was the only customer. Then she ended up putting in an employee order right in front of me without saying anything still. The employee who made my bowl had to finally ask her to cash me out, and she let the other employee who was begging her to learn the register check me out so it took longer than usual. He also slung the chips over the register at me instead of putting them in the bag. I've worked in food service myself and I know that closing shifts can be fun especially when working with friends, but I knew better than to blatantly disregard customers

I won't visit this location (Lakemoor/Volo) again. I felt like I was in the high school cafeteria with the employees talking/yelling to each other. 05/04/22 @ 8:20 p.m. If you like quiet, I don't recommend dining in due to the loudness of employees. An employee was ordering food while I was paying & he was yelling to the employees in the kitchen. There were only 2 different customers dining in but all of the closest parking spaces were taken, which leaves me to believe the employees took the parking spaces. Food was on point. Cashier was friendly. Very clean.
