Buona - Lakemoor

I have been here various times and the wait is a bit longer than most other Buonas, but as I'm used to it I know what to expect. This time however, not only was the wait time longer (about 15-20minutes),but the order given to me was wrong...TWICE! I went there this evening (Wednesday) and placed my order (1 meal).I saw about 5 cars that were behind me, get their orders first. They finally bring me my order and I left (probably should have checked 1st, so I will take partial fault for that one). When I got home I realized the salad given to me was not the right one. I drove back and told them and also gave them the receipt on the bag, the one that was also given to me,my order number,AND the actual salad. They told to go around and they'd bring me the correct salad. After a few minutes, they came out, gave me a coupon for a beef,and my "order". When I opened the bag it was the same salad I just gave back to them!!! To say I was annoyed is an understatement. So, I had to wait again,until

They are doing a great job at this location. Service is friendly and prompt. The food was made quickly and was great quality. It appears that when the weather is nice they even have an ice cream stand outside. The outdoor seating is decent. Amazing Italian beefs!!! They also serve burgers and pastas thatcare great. They have a drive thru service. The dining area has plenty of seating. The pick up order area is on the other side of the restaurant. The outdoor dining is fenced off so the only way to get access is coming in the front door. Once you enter you will see the door to the outdoor patio area. Parking is limited. A few handicap spot.
