Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very disappointing. I’m not sure what has happened to this location specially over the last year (cedar bluff is somewhat better) but I decided to go back after 6 months to see if maybe it improved. Again I was very disappointed. I ordered delivery and received a half filled burrito bowl with a top lazily placed on top. It was mostly rice in my bowl, maybe 8 pieces of steak(if you count the small chunks as a piece), a small toss of corn and sprinkle of cheese. I can scrape all the food to one side of the bowl and it barely reaches the top of the bowl. I understand reducing portions sizes but this is not even a full bowl that I paid for. I know this isn’t every location as I’ve been to other locations this year including out of state that serve the normal heaping bowl people rave about. But this quality is truly disappointing.

I’m so disappointed in this chipotle. I had just moved to the area and I gave them 3 tries and the service got worse. I’ve gone inside and done mobile ordering and each time I am disappointed. The food is ALWAYS cold. Its like the grabbed my food straight out of the refrigerator. The portions are very small, so be sure to ask for extra and hope you don’t get charged. The guac cup is never full and “we pay extra for that”. The workers are not friendly, it reminds me of a frat… lol. And they close the line and do mobile orders at night. They also charged me for a chicken bowl and I got veggie. They are careless… and it all has to do with the management…. It’s very poor. So sorry I didn’t have one nice thing to say. But I love chipotle and I’m soooooo disappointed ????

Order a steak bowl with rice, sour cream, & cheese. Was expecting a good portion size considering the Total was $14.50. But the bowl was maybe filled an inch deep with maybe 3-4 small chunks of steak. Very disappointing based on price.
