Husband and I had an opportunity to eat without the kids and so chose Bonefish Grill in Farragut. Made a reservation for 6:30pm and even though we arrived early, we were seated quickly. However, we sat there for at least 10 minutes without a waiter. No water service. Nothing. Two waiters for tables on either side of us asked if we'd been seen, we said no and they said they would go find our waiter. A few minutes later, no luck. We got up and left. 10 minutes without a waiter is terrible service. Very disappointing experience. Can't speak for the food.
Jennifer was an outstanding server, very friendly, attentive and full of energy. Bang bang shrimp was AMAZING, thanks to her for recommending it. Lobster tails dinner was perfect. Very clean environment and friendly staff that exhibits great teamwork.
I have a love/hate relationship with Salmon and have been looking for a restaurant that prepares it well and Bonefish Grill is it. Their lemon butter sauce makes it 'just right.' Love the sauce. I've also had their Chilean Sea Bass... eh - okay. Hope to eventually try their crab cakes but usually end up ordering the salmon. I typically go for a late lunch and there has always been plenty of seating available. Wait staff has always been attentive and helpful as well.
