Chipotle Mexican Grill

Wow byfar the worst Chipotle I've been to. I ordered a chicken burrito. I'm American and can speak perfect english, and the lady who served me could barely understand me, and i had to repeat myself multiple times, and i just ended up pointing to what i wanted. I get that theres a lot of Hispanics in the area, but people should know how to speak and understand English properly to be working a job in america. The people in front of me in the line ordered the same thing as them, and they somehow got double the amount of chicken for the same price? Definitely won't be returning to this location or Chipotle at all. They were out of both rices in the front and asked if I wanted rice. I said yes and only gave me the option for white rice and had to go to the takeout station to get it. I basically paid for veggies, beans, and cheese. The lady was clearly new and couldn't even wrap my burrito, and the person at the register had to come over and redo it and didn't even put the new wrap on the gr

It is the worst Chipotle location that I have been so far. It was numerous occasions when customer service was below the average. The last time made me to write this review, though. I came in and was second in the line. After 10 minutes of standing behind the first person to serve, we did not move any further for variety of reasons. The stuff was going around/switch positions/ talked to each other/ some were looking their phones. Meanwhile there was a person ready to pay, a person to get veggies on their bowl, a person in front of me, and myself. None of us moved one position for 10 minutes. I just turned around and left. I'm not going to bring my money to this location any more.

Lunch on 5/28 at 1:15pm. This location was filthy. We felt sorry for customers trying to find a place to eat every table was dirty; so my husband and I cleaned them the best we could. The trash is over flowing and the glass (sneeze bar) was cover with food/filth. There were plenty of employees but they didn’t seem to be bothered by the mess. Looking into the kitchen made me want to turn back, but we were on a time crunch. The food was good. But I could help but wonder if it was really clean/safe. The guy building my bowel wore the same gloves to touch several dirty surfaces prior to making it. We probably won’t return to this location.
