Workers are extremely rude. When we pulled up, it was 15 minutes before close. The mic said they were closed then immediately said to order when ready. We asked which was true, and the worker was hostly repeated “Order. When. Ready.” It all went downhill from there. Terrible service. Mediocre food. Terrible experience. Would not go back.
Okay...as far a customer service it's been pleasant. Food however I have to rate 2 stars. Every time I go here my fries are cold.
The worst experience in take out ever. I even scanned and sent a report to the restaurant and no one contacted me. 45 min from speaker to food.. and the food was cold and over microwaved.... Horrible. $21 for 2 people and inedible. The guy at the window said that he had one cook and him.. I guess I didn't mind being patient.. but then when the food was inedible that was the worse... And the lobby doors were closed so no going back in for help.
