I order and paid for food here for me and my family . It was five mins before the store was closing and when I went to go pick up the food the team member he was heavy set with a beard Spanish looking told me the manager Barbara Rosa had threw away the food . I understand the urgency of wanting to go home after a long day but I drove 24mims to get to that place to drive back another 24 mins with nothing to eat . Iam very upset how the situation was handled I was easily dismissed and smirked at by the team me ever because they knew they had control to make it right but didn’t . The problem with employees todays is they feel entitled to give bad customer service when really they should be honored to be in a working position i give this restaurant a very bad review

I usually like Chipotle and I will stick to the location I'm familiar with. This particular location was not a good experience. The food was good (what they had left) but they were rude and they overcharged us! It wasn't very clean; maybe they had a rush before I got there, IDK. Yes they were closing within an hour of my visit but that's no excuse to be unkind. I really wished I was 1 of those people who walked out without paying & settled for some other fast food but I'm not. So I will not go back to this location.
