Chipotle Mexican Grill

Disappointed! Lobby was closed and employees didn’t even knew why. The place was dirty and the work tables had food all over the place and falling into other ingredients. Bought a steak burrito and quesadilla but were out of steak so they gave me chicken instead and didn’t care to give me credit until I asked. Long story short I ended getting a rice burrito instead of chicken (sarcasm). I don’t know what’s the deal with this store but it’s Chaos at its finest. Two stars because I did get drinks to make up for the difference in price after learning there was no steak.

Don't waste your time. We watched the employee give out double chicken and double beef and not charge her "friend" for it and then when she gave me a 1/2 and 3/4 spoon servings. I asked for a full size serving (spoon full of what I ordered), she charged us for double meat for a regular size order. The management did nothing.

Waited in line 20min, wish I could've left but was there to pickup for someone. Looked fully staffed with 4 visible people up front, the slowest chipotle I've ever seen in my life. I rarely leave disliking reviews but these people seemed to be slacking, and my burrito was destroyed trying to be wrapped up. I was miserable at the show. Seemingly uninterested staff, and untrained. Never been to this location before, won't be interested in coming back.
