Service was Top of the line. The food needed some help with the flavors. Edible yes. For the price I paid I should have went elsewhere

Worst experience! Don’t go you’ll regret the time and money spent. Couldn’t tell you what was worse the service or food. I have service experience so I’m usually pretty understanding but this wasn’t because they were busy because my server only had 3 tables seated including us. When the host seated us our waitress loudly complained about being seated. We waited for her to come to the table when she finally did it was to say she’d be with us after helping others. We waited longer. By then we had our order ready then she left again bc she wasn’t ready to take our orders. She starts taking our order and gets impatient with my 4 year old who is telling her her order. My daughter was not playing around so I didn’t understand her impatience. We order. We wait and finally get drinks. Then we wait and wait. Again it is a Saturday and not busy at all. Waiting still. Waitress ignores the fact we’re there not stopping by to let us know they are busy or it’ll be up soon - no excuse at all just ign

I ordered my to go order at 4:00pm it was supposed to be ready at 4:49pm. I got there at 5pm and didn’t receive my order until 5:51pm. My order was cold but I wasn’t going to complain about it, until I bite into my burger and it’s pink. I was highly upset considering the fact I specifically selected no pink for my burger, also factoring in the wait time plus my food being cold. Honestly this isn’t the first time I had a bad experience here but it is my last.
