Very busy store during dinner time. food came out fast when ordered from the app, however, food quality should not be the price paid for quick service. Our rice in both burrito bowls came out extremely undercooked to the point it was barely edible. We only get takeout food once, maybe twice a month and for our food to come out like this is irritating. Might be worth driving to a different store during dinner if these are their standards when they're "busy".
Carry out ordering is a mess. We’ve waited patiently for them to figure this out over the last few years, to still have to wait 30 minutes for a sloppy burrito covered in salsa on the outside and unlabeled food. I’d hope with the amount of business this location gets they’d get this figured out by now or stop quoting carry out meals to be ready in 15 minutes when it takes an hour.
If I could post 0 stars I would. I ordered food Togo today and when I got home opened up our food just to find there is absolutely no protein on either one of them. I’m really getting sick and tired of this location. We only came here this time because I had a BOGO coupon. Well never again.
