Food was ok. The dish I ordered had large, thick noodles that just didn't hit the spot. Unfortunately I haven't had the greatest experiences at these places. The meatballs were just ok and the pot stickers were average. Food was hot and made to order so that's a plus. I may give this another try but I'll be skeptical. Your mileage may vary.
I was very happy to see that they had a breakdown of nutrition facts for all of their food items. As a diabetic, I am usually concerned about the amount of carbs in the meals I'm eating. Even after ordering something that I thought would be low in carbs they still allowed me to change my order. One of the employees was even able to tell me about the farms that their food comes from.
The pot stickers used to be so good, but today both orders were doughy and obviously quickly microwaved. They were cold by the time they got here. Japanese pan noodles were pretty good, but the broccoli was just raw and unseasoned. Crust on the chicken dish was burnt. Meh experience from a place I used to frequent.
