Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered online food was ready. I dont understand why bowls are never the same. Its hit and miss. Literally a bowl full of rice, barely any steak and really wasn't flavorful. I ordered a kids meal build your own and was told I get 3 free sides then I was charged for each side. The woman preparing my order then changed her statement to say you can only get the three items in the kids box and no sides. I checked online and the online server allowed me to add all of the items I had ordered without an additional charge then I was told I’m being charged and additional $4.84 because I am in the store and they can do what ever they want in store. The prep person and the woman on the register was very rude.
