Pretty quiet night, cashiers were nice but must be new, it took way too long to place our order. We decided to dine outside, upstairs was closed. Outside area had several uncleaned tables so the selection was limited. I’ve ordered this before & let’s just blame the fact I haven’t ate all day as to why I even ate it because it wasn’t the same, or good. Kids agreed concerning their orders (burrito and chicken nachos) Still waiting on our churros, pretty sure the waitress forgot about us. This was supposed to be a bday dinner requested by the bday boy. This place is now officially hit or miss. I’ll stick the downtown location.
The only thing I did not like they didn't have a wait-staff to come to the table to wait on you. You have to go to the bar and put your order in. It's more like self-service. But the food was quick but they didn't know who food belong to who. A guessing gaming. I would've enjoyed the experience more if they had a wait-staff. It was only 1 bartender taking orders, and he was overwhelmed. They need to hire people. Other than that they food was good and there were a lot of portions for the price. But the drinks are pricey for what you get. 11$ for a watered-down skinny margarita. I love the atmosphere, tho. I'd chill there if they change these things. Cuz the food was good, the service was not.
Food was good, my son didn't like that some of the steak and chicken on the Nachos was overcooked. Other than that the food was good. I had a Mango margarita and it was really good. The atmosphere was nice, lots of art on the walls. The service could be more friendly and interactive. We have gave a 7 out of 10 overall.
