Chipotle Mexican Grill

The customer service at the location is the worst. I placed my order to be picked at 6:40pm got there at 6:45pm. I did not see my food on the stand when I got there so I waited until 6:50pm thinking they might just be running behind. I told the young lady that was doing the online order that my food was not on the take out stand. She tells me I must have the wrong location. I show her on my app that I don’t. She tells me that she is working on others orders and she will work mine in. Now I’m not understanding that part because I was the only one there at the time to pick up an order. But I waited until about 7:15pm by this time she has made over 5-6 orders. I asked for the manager and ask for my money back because at this point I don’t wait the food. He tells me I would have to go back online to get my money. Needless to say I walked out with no money and no food. If I could have given the a 0 I would have.

Ordered the new garlic steak in a bowl. Not a fan. Not enough flavor, cooked too long. Our server however was quick to make our order and was efficient. Music choice in restaurant was horrid! If it had been cooler I would have had my lunch outside.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Zero stars would be better. We used to frequent this chipotle but never again. Terrible experience lately. The staff is extremely rude to customers. No smiling, nothing. Yelling out “online only” to everyone who walks in the door. Sloooooow at completing orders. Literally my burrito bowl sat in between the hot foods area done by one staff members and the cold foods area waiting for the other staff member for 10 minutes! I could have gone back there and done it myself. Ran out of cheese at 630 and couldn’t make any quesadillas. I sat there for over thirty minutes after telling them multiple times who I was picking up orders for. They just had a stack of receipts and would throw them out randomly. I totally understand that restaurant work can be frustrating and hard, been there! But it’s a business in customer service and deserves to be done well for those you serve.
