Chipotle Mexican Grill

Burrito bowls are good to get as a To Go option. Do not get the Tacos. Went there for lunch, I got the 3 tacos today, 2 chicken , 1 beef. with chips and Guacamole. My 3 tacos were just put in aluminum foil wrapped and bunched together so I lost one while opening the Foil. They got soggy. Wish they put it in a plate or container. The bag of chips have less and less chips inside. Am I the only one that wonders what's happening to the chips!!! One day they will just give you just the bag. You barely get 5 chips in the bag and some peices. I was so disappointed. ????

Went in to this location and they never have what’s advertised on the menu during business hours of operations. All they had was brown rice the Manager on duty states we don’t have no more we’re about to close so we’re not going to make more at 10:15Pm to my understanding the store closes at 11:00PM another employee try’s to be funny and says you should get here early next time ! The manager is wrong and so it’s the employee. Leadership starts with management and if you don’t have it on that level I expect your employees to be the same . I often go to this location and it’s got bad every time I go you have to lead with manners and respect as well as customer service and ensure you have what your selling!

Horrible customer service. I ask the lady if they had my order ready, she didn’t respond . Even though it was already ready next to her. I Waited a few minutes, I asked her again she respond “ CAN YOU WAIT, DAMN” Don’t order online they don’t care about your food. They gave me a half a bowl and forgot to put the tomatoes, and queso blanco
