Chipotle Mexican Grill

Update: I gave this location another shot via mobile order and, I am not sure how but it got worse. This is by far the worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. First off the rice was wrong (white instead of brown) and had corn in it (didn't ask for corn). The portion wasn't even half of a normal burrito from chipotle and was smaller than a $1 burrito from Taco Bell and I wish I was exxagerating. My wife's bowl also had corn in it and was drowning in sour cream. We will not be coming back. Original review: Whatever you do, do not order from this location using mobile order. Normally the portion sizes hear are pretty small and my wife only gets about a half of a third of a bowl full of food. This time was the same but my burrito was also mostly tortilla and was only about 1/2 to 1/3 size or less that they usually are. If you're ordering online be careful! I suggest the Roanoke location. I ordered 2 burritos and ended up getting the complete wrong orders! I couldn't check on anything til I got home but even then, when they gave me it they walked away immediately. I was so frustrated as they do very good in person, of course. However, online from this location is very iffy. I put a picture of my order on the sticker that is correct and what I actually got. It is not at all what I asked for. :(

I ordered through door dash today and when we received the order it was actually incorrect. I tried to contact DD and they wanted to give me a credit for less than the missing items were. I called Chipotle and Harvey the manager made it right. He went above and beyond what was expected and it was truly appreciated. We will definitely be back based on the customer service alone.
