Buffalo Wild Wings

Every time we come here there is bad service. Either we sit, wait for no service and have dirty freaking tables/bar to sit at or no one bothers to check if we need anything.. not even menus. I normally love any buffalo wing location but this one I note to avoid in future attempts for food after multiple visits. Sucks because they are open later than others and a drink after work is nice to unwind.

We walked in and were told to sit anywhere, so we grabbed our own menus, since there wasn’t anyone at the front, and chose a table that wasn’t as close to the customer that was yelling profanities at the tv. After we sat down at our table, a staff member asked us to move because that section was closed, even though there was a family seated in that section. At first we didn’t mind, but the area that was open only had 1 table left next to the crowded table with the yelling man. We decided to leave. I told the waitress that I know it’s a sports bar, but we didn’t want to sit next to that. They were one of the few options for the late night, so that’s why we chose them, but if you are going to confine us to a terrible option, we’d rather go elsewhere. The waitress just said “okay” and took our menus. As a store manager and a previous restaurant manager, this could have been handled much better. It was just 10 extra steps to table we chose and there were already others seated there.

Put this location out of its misery already. When you arrive, you'll stand there for at least 5 minutes before the hostess appears from the kitchen area. Your food comes out whenever they get it done. My son didn't get his food until over 10 minutes after I got mine. There were at least 4 long hairs in his fries, so he lost his appetite and cried after having to fish one out of his throat. Several broken TVs around the place. The men's restroom was absolutely filthy. Every staff member I saw had an awful scowl on their face (I probably would too). This place literally has nothing good to offer. I paid about 90 bucks for one of the most disappointing birthday dinners in my life. Thanks BDubs!
