Chipotle Mexican Grill

I got a bowl and it was great! Recently I’ve had some sad experiences with online ordering with other chipotles, they wouldn’t fill the bowl all the way. But this one did not disappoint! It was great proportions and tasty as always!

I had the worst experience with the manager named Elpecca, her employers call her ‘JP’. She was extremely rude to me and jumped in when I was trying to re order an online order that was messed up on their behalf. She refused to remake my taco and told me I have to pay for it again if I wanted it remade. I was so embarrassed as the people around me looked at what was going on. Worst experience ever.

I went there just this past either Wednesday or Thursday and I arrived maybe about 7:40 p.m. The doors were closed and customers were standing outside. I drove down to see what else I wanted and all places were full. When I got back to Chipotle, the doors were opened. I asked the lady why did they have the doors locked and she said they had gotten overwhelmed with online orders and wanted to get those out of the way. This is not the way you run a business. I was on my lunch break and it is only 30 minutes. I will not be coming back ever again.
