I’ve had enough of this location and their rude crew members. Stop by again in the DT about 415.. lady with the braids. Just rude. No acknowledgment, no smile, no “hi.” Or “How are you” nothing. I even waited a good few seconds and thought maybe she’s still typing on her ipad. Nope. Nothing! Just stood there until I started placing my order. It’s not even her, there’s been MULTIPLE crew members that are just rude with attitudes. If it’s too hot to be outside then maybe have them stay inside. It’s beyond ridiculous. This location definitely needs to be retrain on their customer service. That’s why most people go out to eat. Yes, for the good food but also for the great experience, energy but not this place.

I love Chik fila and come here often but won’t be returning to this location again. I usually order a spicy chicken sandwich and add pepper Jack cheese. Lately the cheese has been left off so after this happening about 2 or 3 times I called and spoke with a manager who said I could have my order replaced. Now I’d also ordered some large fries and a salad. Their large fries usually contain the same amount as a medium… but whatever. Anyway, in the past when my order was incorrect I was able to have the entire meal replaced due to the inconvenience. On this particular occasion I was asked what my order was, I told them the spicy chicken sandwich fries and salad. I was told to pull up and they would bring my order out. I waited well over 5 minutes and was only brought out the chicken sandwich and was told that they contacted their manager and the manager said I could only get the sandwich replaced. Ok fine but why was I waiting for so long and who just eats a sandwich without fries?? If th
