Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered 2 burritos online. Got to the store 45 minutes later and they hadn't made the food and the store was empty. They told us they could only make bowls, no burritos. Got the bowls and they were missing ingredients and mine only had 5 strips of lettuce on it. The food was also ice cold. Definitely not the quality that I'm used to from Chipotle.

Sometimes they get the order write but usually they mess up someway. And even when they do get the order right the rice is usually not cooked properly. It’s been hard and undercooked multiple times I’ve ordered. Also the guacamole isn’t always Fresh so they give you brown guacamole. Sometimes this place is good but typically they mess up and give you a disgusting meal. If you go here you have a good chance of getting a messed up or improperly cooked order.

Very poor customer service by assistant manager when ingredients needed to make burrito bowl weren't prepared to complete order! I was atleast #5 in line and 8 customers behind and zero effort was made to correct the problem or any concern over our request. Only one employee, with a smile, respectfully tried to fix our order Thank you Peter! Your customer service was excellent! Management showed zero concern. Very disappointing! This wasn't about lack of ingredients. It's lack of customer service & leadership! Restaurant bathrooms smelled of urine and toilet handle didn't work. Restauraunt needed cleaning and napkins and condiments replaced. I hope upper management listens to reviews to turn this location around.
