Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I will never ever go to this location again. As a matter of fact they have ruined my taste for Popeyes chicken. My chicken had a big ball of hair in it. I couldn't believe my eyes. Not a strain but a long glop of hair that was fried in the chicken. I was sick to my stomach. I was taking it back the next day to show them but my husband not thinking threw it away and we could not retrieve it. Other then that I would have taken pics because this was hard to believe. I went back and spoke to the manager. She insisted that they wear hair nets. Someone on that day did not. I don't know what happened but No one should ever ever bite into food with a large ball of hair in it.

I must say that the place was nice. Things have definitely changed since the pandemic has hit. Quantities quantities of food has definitely shrunk. Staff was very nice. I have been sitting here in drive they since 4:20 pm. I sat at the order box for over 10 minutes without my order being taken. This place is very unprofessional and lack good customer service. I am very disappointed in how business is conducted. I called the inside and spoke with a Linda who stated she was the manager after I asked for one. I notified her that I had been sitting here in drive thru for all this time. She said hold on let me see what is transpiring and then she hung up on me. I could have went to any other establishment and gotten better service, however, I landed myself here at this place. Please stay away!!! Please and I will be asking for my order to be discounted as well for the long wait and my gas being wasted.
