Let me first say, Cassano's has been a childhood past time to me. & Even though I moved away from Miami Valley, everytime I return to town I will get Cassano's. Never will I ever enter this store or spend my money here. Customer service was horrible. What makes it even worse, I put the order in on line. Ordered exactly what I wanted. Went in to the store 10 mins beyond the time it was to be ready& the didn't even make the right sandwich. Then lied to my face and said she was packaging it and she was actually making it. After she told my granddaughter that it was going to be 10 mins. That happen before I went in the store. This was the manager btw.
2 cold pizza over hour wait and they messed up a deluxe some how. For the price for these pizzas no thanks. I won't order again this one on miller I've had terrible food from
