Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went to this Chipotle and asked for half regular chicken and half chicken al pastor… I asked for more chicken because this was not acceptable and I was told this was the serving they were supposed to give. I told them I’ve never gotten this at any Chipotle before and I eat Chipotle at least 2/3 times a week. They insisted that’s what it’s supposed to be.

TERRIBLE. I really can’t believe what I just saw. And the fact that I spent money there. Ok so we went in line and there were only about 2 people ahead of us. We started to notice the Bain where the food is prepped was messy but we were like ok we can move passed that. So the lady in front of me was starting her order when two of the workers in the work-line got out and said hi to one of their friends in the line. After that one of those workers went all the way to the back never to return again. Now the other worker returns without changing his gloves and proceeds to help the lady in front of me. She was able to say one more item and then that worker went to the back. Now there was no worker at all in the front for about 5 minutes. Just a bunch of walking around and talking. It looked like no one cared about the customers and some seemed like they had an attitude of oh well “I have to clean” or “I am the rice maker” so… sorry can’t help you. DO NOT GO HERE! my sister picked up an order from this restaurant, and she specifically advised them to put extra in my bowl. they proceeded to ignore what was specified and put whatever they wanted in it. not only that, they wrapped her burrito so poorly that you can't even call it a burrito. also, i found a roach in my food which resulted in me throwing our food away. please don't spend your money at this establishment.
